Processing time

Orders ship from the USA within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

US shipping

• Free shipping on US orders of $35 or more.
• Orders under $35 ship by USPS at the rate shown at checkout.
• Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days after they ship.

International shipping

We ship internationally by USPS or DHL Express at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by country. Customs duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Address problems and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. If tracking shows your package stalled or it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email hello@hibecky.com and we'll help sort it out.
